Emma is outstanding. She made the whole process so easy and cleared up any confusion. I thought I had a good deal from a comparison website but she managed to beat it with an exclusive rate and brought up a number of other points I hadn’t considered. Everything was done as quickly as promised (if not quicker) and she was always one step ahead. 100% recommend if you’re a bit unsure and even if you think you’re fairly clued up on the process.

Writing this review from our new home that I honestly did not think was possible. Charlie and his team are amazing and made the whole process so easy. Every person I speak to I tell to go and speak to Charlie. Even if you don’t think you are in a position to buy go and speak to the mortgage advisers here and they will tell you what you need to do to get where you want to be. Can’t thank you all enough for making it possible to have our first Xmas in our dream house ❤️ We had also had an interview with a mortgage adviser the year before who basically told us we were not in a position to buy, so if this is your situation speak to the MA’s here for advice.
